Expecting Twins in Columbus, Georgia!

Meet Amber and Alex, they are expecting twin boys in July!! Alex and Amber met in high school but they didn't start dating until a few years after when Alex reached out via social media. I had so much fun at their maternity session at Old Town Columbus, in Columbus, Georgia! Their Georgia spring maternity session was filled with giggles and love and I could just tell how excited Amber and Alex are to welcome their sweet boys to the world!

Family History with Twins

While twins came as a bit of surprise to Alex, Amber felt like twins was a real possibility as twins run in her family! I asked Amber if she would mind sharing a little bit of her family history with me and the story of how she kept telling her husband she thought they were having twins due to a rougher than normal first trimester!

"On my mothers side of the family, these are the first boys since my grandfather. I feel like it has always been my mother's parents, my mother, my older sister, my niece and now we get to have our boys!

Very early in my pregnancy, I'd say at least 4 weeks in, I could tell there was twins and I told my husband every evening. He told me there's absolutely no way and when he found out he was shocked for days, it seemed like all I could say was I told you so. I myself still ask him can you believe we are going to have two babies and that they will both be boys! I'm still amazed by how blessed we are to be having these babies."

I'm so excited for July when the boys are expected to make their appearance and for their twin Lifestyle and Newborn session! I know it is going to be filled with joy and all the sweet newborn cuddles!
